Term 2. Keep the law   All participant keep law ,ordinance ,social order and Tokyo Bay Cup rules for safety. Term 3. responsibility   All accidents and property loss are belong to individual participant. Nobody can claim to organizer and sponsor. Organizer will judge 100% on violation. Term 6.Entry qualifications   Up to age 18 also signed and stamped on agreement document. ( under age 18 needs parent agreement by FAX to Tokyo Bay Cup office) No entry if we found bad health condition ,misbehaver and enough safety on tackle. Term 7.Entry disqualify   Organizer may disqualify entry who breach below task ad inform to disqualified people immediately. -- bad health condition ,misbehaver and enough safety on tackle. -- obviously dangerous act in play -- immoral act for somebody else -- bad manner as fisher -- unreasonable action to organizer -- unreasonable action to other people -- fake fish report -- non deserve as participants Chapter 2 play rule Term 1.Antecessor priority   Player must not get close to antecessor without its permission. term 2. Nature preservation   1.Player must not destroy fishing ground in any case. 2.Player must not abuse fish and beings ,must best effort catch fish alive 3.Player must not leave disposal , must bring back to home all. Term 3.target fish   1.Only seabass is evaluation target. 2.Except seabass is not for evaluation. Term 4..Fishing law   1.Lure and fly fishing only 2.No live bate No fish skin 3.No hooking a fish on purpose 4.No float and mini boat to go to prohibited area 5.Do not block to public transportation 6.Do not enter prohibit fishing on a bridge ,dangerous area ,personal place ,closed place and stay out area by low. 7.Do not sink from the waist upward 8.Put on cap and life jacket for safety 9.Use felt spike shoes in case walk into slippery area * People against fishing law will be failed. term 5.Tackle   1.No limit for rod ,reel and lure 2.All lure must be barbless hook * People against fishing law will be failed. Please bring back to home. 7.Please report JGFA if you catch tagged fish. 8.Possibly ban area will be add on ,in case of danger happening We will inform that in local place Chapter 3.Evaluation rules Term 1.Regulation on numbers and length   1.Add up best three fishes total length is score. All fish must be SEABASS that are caught by barbless hook lure fishing or fly fishing. 2.Only three alive fishes can be measured. 3.Each fish length has to be longer than 40 cm. 4.Cut off less than 1 cm on measure 5.Bleeding fish can not be measured 6.No accept on fuzzy photo 7.Left side of fish with measure and key item photo only Key item will be shown on Tokyo Bay Cup home page Term 2.Weight-in   1.Fisher must measure by himself. 2.Measure with fish mouse close 3.Measure report photo must send by email either PC or mobile phone. Term 3.Disqualify and penalty   1.People who against rule may be disqualified. 2.People who breach to regulation often may be disqualified. 3.Rescue and avoid accident activity have high priority 4.People who does not joint awarding ceremony will be disqualified prize. Tokyo Bay Cup officer will inform to prize getter in advance. term 4.upper rogation/h6>   In case of same total length first person has high priority Term 5.Awarding ceremony   1.Awards from Tokyo Mayor ,New york Mayor and Bay department head for on shore and off shore. 2.Tokyo Mayor award for three fishes total length ,Bay department head award for biggest fish and many more 3.Prizewinner must joint to ceremony or prize will be canceled for next people. Life Jacket   All player and captain must put on life jacket or disqualify the team. term 8. Tokyo Bay Cup cancellation   1.Organizer can stop or change play area and rules in case of bad weather. 2.If Tokyo Bay Cup is cancelled that will be informed by email by one hour before Tokyo Bay Cup begin. 3.If weather get worse suddenly and Tokyo Bay Cup stopped player must come back as soon as possible. In case to dangerous to move stay on safety place and contact to officer to let know that you are safe. 4.If weather get worse suddenly and Tokyo Bay Cup stopped cup is cessation. 5.Organizer can stop the cup in case of accident. Term 9.Regulation detail   1.No keep less than 40 cm length fish 2.No drinking alcohol during play 3.Ship can only land to Tokyo Bay Cup official place except refuel ,toilet and accident. 4.All records will not counted if you do not joint opening ceremony and ending ceremony. 5.No scatter bate 6.No dead fish leave 7.Possibly ban area will be add on ,in case of danger happening officer will inform that in local place 8.We recommend to keep flasher light on a ship for in case of rain , mist and darkness. 9.If you need to cancel to play in any reason you must contact to Tokyo Bay Cup office 10.If you need quit during play in any reason you must return Entry card to Tokyo Bay Cup office immediately. 11.You must release measured fish as soon as possible. 12.Please report JGFA if you catch tagged fish. Chapter 4.Awarding   1.Awards will be provided by Tokyo mayor ,NewYork mayor ,Bay department head and Tokyo bay festival. 2.In case of same total length first person back to official space is winner.
